Speaker: What is Regenerative Agriculture?

Date: Nov 14, 2018
Presented By: Ward Laboratories, Inc.
Raymond C. Ward PH.D., Nick Ward PH.D. and Lance Gunderson, MS

Soils have been degraded because of a loss of soil by water and wind erosion and by use or overuse of chemicals and fertilizers. From the use of the same herbicide year after year, we have developed weeds that are resistant to the herbicide.

Ward Laboratories, Inc. will be discussing the following five points to rejuvinating the soil:

1. Armor the soil

2. Diversify the cropping system

3. Have a living root in the soil as much of the time as possible

4. Minimum disturbance of the soil; and

5. Incorporating livestock into the cropping system
